purchasing policy for forest products of yihua lifestyle technology industry
本采购政策的宗旨是确保我们采购的所有林产品均源于合法的、管理良好，甚至是取得可信的认证的森林，主要采购的材料包括：锯材、木皮、胶合板及其中密度纤维板，用于生产木地板、复合地板和木家具等木制品。宜华生活科技股份有限公司（下称：宜华生活）将利用现有最好的技术和信息资源逐步实现负责任采购以兑现本承诺。
为确保实现以上目标，宜华生活将做到如下所列：
this policy aims to ensure that our purchases of forest products rare sourcing from legal, well-managed and credibly certified forests. major materials including: sawn plank, veneer, plywood and mdf for producing solid wood flooring, engineering flooring and wood furniture. the company, yihua lifestyle technology industry co. ltd. (yihua lifestyle ), will rely on its current advanced technology and reliable information source to progressively accomplish its responsible purchasing. to that end yihua lifestyle will carry out the following aspects in its activities;
1. 严格检查所有供应商贸易资质及其采购渠道，重新对其进行评估和筛选；
1. review and reassessment of all the suppliers’ quality and their network sources and selecting those that are qualified;
2. 加强供应商的管理，索取相关合法性的文件和记录，实现对所有林产品原产地的追溯，组织严谨细致的合法性评估；
2. improvement of the management of suppliers and requesting legal documents and/or records for each shipment so that to enable the traceability of products sources，organize riorous and detailed assessment of legitimacy;
3. 拒绝违反当地政府相关林业贸易法律、法规的供应商所供的林产品；
3. rejection of the forest products provided by suppliers who are against the local relevant forest industry products trade laws and rules;
4. 拒绝来自经原产地国家或地区认定有高保护价值的森林的林产品――除非能提供相关资料证明该林区正处于认证过程中；
4. rejection of the products sourced from high-conservation-value forests that are certified in the original country or region—unless relevant data proving the forest land being under certification can be submitted;
5. 拒绝采伐于受保护的森林、园区或类似的林木，或其它不符合负责任森林经营要求的林产品；
5. rejection of forest products sourced from protected forests, parks or similar places, or that from forests not in compliance with responsible management standard;
6. 拒绝来自正在转型为其它用途的森林，或者最近已被转型成为不能取得可信认证的林木的林产品；
6. rejection of forest products sourced from converting forest or that has converted but cannot be certified;
7. 拒绝来自发生武装冲突或局面动荡的地区的林产品，该情形会对土地和森林长期的使用权、林业贸易产生直接影响；
7. rejection of forest products sourced from armed conflict or ferment area, for such situation has downside on the forest concessions and forest industry trade;
8. 拒绝非法占用当地原著民社区土地，开展非法采伐的行为；
8. rejection of illegally occupy the original indigenous community land to conduct illegal logging;
9. 拒绝来自使用转基因树种种植园的产品；
9. rejection of forest products sourced from plantation where transgenic tree species are used;
10. 按照fsc/coc模式建立控制体系，实现对林木产品来源和去向的全过程跟踪控制；
10. establishment of control system based on the fsc/coc;
11. 建立5年行动规划，逐步实现完全合法的采购；
11. set-up a five-year action programme that will lead to a completely legal purchasing;
12. 依照我们现行（采购）政策评估以上信息，实施持续改善；
12. assessment of the information above by the company’s current purchasing policy to carry out persistent improvement;
13. 通过年度总结、工作报告以及与供应商协定的措施来持续提高（采购）符合政策的水平；
13. continuousely improvement of the company’s implementation of its purchasing policy through the review of annul summary, daily working reports and measurements agreed by the company and suppliers;
14. 鼓励并协助供应商和森林经营者在指定期限内以渐进、公开的形式实现可信认证（如：获得fsc或者coc认证；成为gftn生产者成员）
14. encouragement and assistance of existing suppliers and forests proprietors to pursue credible and comprehensive certification within the a defined time period.(e.g. fsc or coc certified, or being a member of gftn);
宜华生活遵守所有国家和地方的法律法规、国际公约和协定。我们不参与非法采伐或购买非法采伐的木材；我们将和供应商一起工作，以确保所有的林业产品都源于完全合法的、得到认证的、采伐和相关活动得到许可的森林；我们承诺在规划的期限内逐步提高合法材料和认证材料的采购比例。
yihua lifestyle abides by the national and local laws, regularities , international treaty and agreement. we never take part in illegal logging or buying illegal forest products. we will work with our suppliers to ensure all the forest products we buy are sourced from legal, certified forests and the logging and other relevant activities concerned are legally permitted. we promise that we will continuously raise the proportion of forest products that originated from well-management, credibly certified forests.
